This Shipping and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Amviant Tech Pvt. Ltd. (“Amviant,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our official website, mobile application, or authorized representatives.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Shipping Policy
a) Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

b) Shipping Time

Standard delivery timeline: 3–7 business days within India.

Remote or rural areas may take longer depending on courier coverage.

Tracking details will be shared via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.

c) Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free on most orders above a specified value (displayed at checkout).

For special deliveries or bulk orders, additional charges may apply.

d) Courier Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners such as BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, or India Post.

In case of courier delays due to weather, lockdowns, or operational issues, Amviant is not liable for extended timelines.

2. Product Delivery

GPS devices are securely packed and tested before dispatch.

Customers are requested to check the packaging before accepting delivery.

If the package is damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

3. Return & Replacement Policy
a) Eligibility

We offer returns or replacements only in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered

Damaged product on arrival

Manufacturing defect within the warranty period

b) Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

The product should be in unused condition, with original packaging, cables, and accessories intact.

Our support team will verify eligibility and guide you through the pickup or replacement process.

After product inspection, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
