a) Mode of Refund
Refunds will be made to the original payment method (Bank, UPI, or Wallet).
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (usually 5–7 business days).
b) Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable for:
Activated or used GPS devices
Software or subscription services (Indoroute plans, analytics, dashboard access)
Customized installations or bulk enterprise orders
c) Service Cancellations
For Indoroute subscriptions:
Cancellation requests made within 3 days of activation may be reviewed case-by-case.
No refunds are issued after active usage or data transmission begins.
Warranty & Support
All GPS hardware products include a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, improper installation, or unauthorized tampering.
